Typically, when you hire a full service wedding planner, your planner will alleviate some stress and help make planning your wedding a more enjoyable experience. At Ryann Kristena Events, our signature 4D planning process takes us through planning your wedding in a way that is tailored to our couples, and structured so we manage the details while you can enjoy the process.
Can you tell me more about your signature 4D process?
Absolutely! Throughout our time planning your wedding, we will go through planning phases. In our development phase, this is where we build and develop the base of your wedding. We start with budget, venue, and our key vendors. From there we move into design. We will talk about the overall look and feel you are wanting for your wedding day, and start securing your design team - florist, stationery, rentals, etc. As we build your dream team, we move into building our details. This is where we bring everything together with your vendors, layout, and timeline. We work through the logistics of your wedding day with your vendors to create a timeline that works for everyone, ensuring your vision comes together smoothly. Which, leads us to the day-of. Or, the week-of. This is where the magic happens! We will handle any last-minute questions and execute the wedding day as you’ve envisioned.
Event Management

Also known as Day-Of Coordination. Ryann Kristena Events provides event management support in the month before your wedding day. This package is designed to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly.

You want to enjoy your wedding day, and that’s what we want for you too! Hiring a wedding coordinator ensures that you and your family are able to enjoy your wedding, knowing that someone is going to handle the last-minute questions that pop up, and execute the wedding day that you have planned.
Can you tell me more about your 3C framework?
You bet! About one month before your wedding we set up a consultation. During this meeting we go over all of the details that you have planned for your wedding. We start to build your timeline, and start our vendor communication. We think that, for a wedding to be successful, all of the vendors need to collaborate and work together. We send our draft of the timeline to all of your vendors to get their input, and make the appropriate changes. When we get to wedding day, we handle the wedding coordination. We manage vendors, the timeline, and any unexpected issues that arise.
